On rare occasions the weather, the blue clay terroir and the hand picking of the grapes comes together to yield a harvest that produces an exceptional wine. We call this rare offering Quintessence de Beauportail.
HERE IS WHAT TO EXPECT:
Deep dark colour, nose of candied wild berries, fullness on the palate, nice tannin structure.
This is a wine for aging. However, we understand if you cannot wait. So, you must let it breathe (aerate) and then it will reward you with its future potential - now.
This wine will not soon be forgotten.
