At Chateau Beauportail, we are committed to delivering exceptional wines to our customers. Please review our refund policy below:

1. No Refunds or Returns
   All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is defective.

2. Defective Products
   If your wine is corked (a wine term indicating spoilage due to a tainted cork) or otherwise defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require:

   • Your order number.
   • A description of the issue.
   • Photos of the defective bottle(s), including the cork and label.

   Upon review, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Shipping Errors
   In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly.
